Ever see those ads for $4.95 to $9.99 and expect to pay that? Well think again. There may be additional charges you don’t know about unless you read the small print. Such as “carpet pre-treatment extra” “subject to travel fees.”

What can happen if you don’t ask questions?

• You may take time from work for your appointment
• You spend valuable time preparing your home for the cleaning
• You expect to have your carpets cleaned in the time allotted for the price you were offered

If you don’t research these companies for reviews on-line you may… Be told your carpets will not look clean if you only pay for the $4.95 per room cleaning. You will need to pay more for special services to get the clean carpets you are looking for. You have just become a victim of bait and switch. These types of companies bank on the fact you will just give in and pay the extra money.
